Words from the Wise- Vivek Oberoi

So Aishwarya Rai Bachchan found a new boyfriend, married him and even had his baby. But Vivek Oberoi’s habit of feuding with the press is yet to end.

In a tete a tete with HurricaneHansa, this President of the Bolly Loser’s club lashed out when asked why he hasn’t had a hit film for a long time. “I will say a 100 things that have been said about you, HurricaneHansa, but they aren’t all true, are they?” he retorted. “Check your facts, I have won 27 awards”. Interestingly Wikipedia states, the actor has won 14 and not 27 awards.

Vivek claimed in the interview to have a string of hit movies in his bag such as “Home Delivery…Aapko Ghar Tak”, “Pyaare Mohan”, “Naksha”, “Fool N Final”, “Prince” and the Tamil “Raththa Saritiram”. To which my only reaction was “Huh”?

On questioning about what he felt when the director Sanjay Gupta said this: “Vivek Oberoi is a joke which is not even funny anymore, but his ridiculous statements make me laugh”, Vivek retorted “That is ridiculously funny! As you know I have a huge fan following in Bhojpur and Uzbekistan

Vivek aspires to be a true hero and lead by example. These days he is into directing films that have a social element. Most recently while smoking at a hookah bar, he had the brilliant idea to create a film on anti-smoking campaign.

HurricaneHansa also happened to get a few words from his wife Priyanka Alva, who happened to stop by to perform her wifely duties and hand him a smoke. Upon asking if she supported her husband’s anti-smoking campaign, she replied, “While it is not sinful to indulge in some harmless health habits, he certainly has a ring around his finger that he respects”. Dear P, I am pretty confused about your statement but I guess it doesn’t matter!
