At first glance you might think this is a typical Sports Bar. But you might surprised to know that this is actually the scene in hundreds of fitness gyms across the nation especially on Game-Day. A survey conducted by Nelly and Associates revealed that 37% of men visit the Gym on Game-Day only to watch TV without being disturbed by their nagging wife or girlfriends.
Research showed a sharp increase in Gym attendance during game season. Attendance hit record levels during the 2012 March Madness and this trend is only expected to grow through the year as the sports season kicks off for the summer and fall. The Gyms were so overwhelmed that they had to setup special viewing areas and order extra TV sets.
James Scott from the LA Fit Club said, “We take pride in serving our most loyal customers. Starting this year we plan to serve beer and appetizers along with complementary fat-free popcorn”. As per the survey, Men have a much easier time sneaking out to a Gym than heading out to a sports bar with their friends.
“We believe in providing our customers the best service”, James added. “We provide our customers free supply of our ingeniously developed all-natural Sweat Spray that our customers can apply to their T-shirts when they are ready to head home. This spray has a powerful sweat odor and makes one look and smell like he has just run a marathon. Customers can purchase extra bottles of this product from any of our branches.”
